How much does a mobile car diagnostic cost?
Diagnostics start from £75, callout included, and the fee is halved if you go ahead with the repair with us. Booking online takes 10% off.
Can I keep driving with the engine light on?
If the light is steady and the car drives normally, book a diagnostic soon. If it's flashing, or the car is losing power, ease off and stop when it's safe. A flashing light often means a misfire that can damage the catalytic converter.
Will clearing the code fix the problem?
Usually not. Clearing a code only switches the light off, and it comes back if the fault is still there. We find and fix the cause.
